Fatema K has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Saviant Consulting, where they collaborated with key stakeholders to bring in the right talent for the organization. Fatema also has experience as an HR Recruiting Manager at HEIN FRICKE GmbH, where they focused on improving work relationships and implementing recruitment strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at DatamaticsUK Ltd, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic and international clients. Fatema K earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from MITSOM | MIT School of Management, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 2009 to 2012. In addition, Fatema obtained a certification in Cyber Security from Equal Experts in July 2022.
