Filip Healy

User Research Consultant (for Home Office Digital)

Filip Healy is a seasoned professional in user-centered design and service design, currently engaged in user research and service design for Merlin Entertainments at Equal Experts since August 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a service designer at E.ON Next, focusing on improving service fulfillment and customer experience. Prior to that, at Equal Experts, Filip led user research for the Open University enrolment service and was a senior UCD consultant for Pret's digital transformation. Additional roles include lead service designer at Brightspeed and user experience lead at Said Differently. Filip co-founded Threesixty Reality, providing consultancy in virtual and augmented reality, and served as a user-centered policy design consultant for HM Revenue & Customs. With a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Manchester, Filip brings extensive expertise in UX and service design across various sectors.
