James Travers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James started their career as an Events & Group Travel Manager at Active Consultancy, where they managed events of different scales and provided exceptional experiences for the guests. Following this, they worked as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager at Zibrant, undertaking various responsibilities in project management and analysis.

James then joined Capital One as a Business Systems Analyst, where they led the Business Analysis Practice group and contributed to delivering innovative solutions. After that, they served as a Business Analysis Manager and Technical Business Analyst at STERIS Corporation, where they engaged with different stakeholders and implemented agile practices.

James furthered their career as an IT Business Analyst at Rolls-Royce, where they successfully led multiple infrastructure and integration projects. James then worked as a Servitisation Consultant at Siemens, providing consultation and advising on decision points for robust SaaS solutions.

Recently, James has gained experience as a Digital Strategist (Contract) at STERIS, where they united software solution teams, established standards, and implemented cloud operations approaches.

James Travers completed their A Levels from Marlborough College in 2000, where they studied Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. James then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
