Jon Parker

Jon Parker is an experienced Lead User Researcher with a focus on user research, stakeholder engagement, and service design. Currently, they lead user research at Interactive Media UX and Equal Experts, while having previously held senior roles at various organizations including the Environment Agency, DWP, and HM Revenue & Customs. As a co-founder of Indemove, they contributed to the development of an MVP AI/ML platform supported by an Innovate UK Feasibility Grant. Jon holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and completed the LEAD Programme in Enterprise & Leadership at Manchester Metropolitan University. Their collaborative leadership style fosters team growth and delivers effective user-centered design solutions.
