Kal Chottai is a seasoned UX and Service Designer with extensive experience in enhancing customer journeys across various industries. Currently serving as Lead UX/Service Designer at John Lewis & Partners and Principal Consultant at Equal Experts since September 2017, Kal also founded Damdesign in 1995. Previous roles include UX Design Director at Flinta, User Experience Lead at Ermenegildo Zegna Group, and UX Lead at Citizens Advice, where a case management system project won the 2018 DigitalAgenda Impact Award.
