Kev Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kev started their career as a Development Manager at Morse in 1999, where they handled bespoke application development for various sectors and managed a team of 45 people. After Morse, Kev worked at T-Systems Limited as a CIO in 2005. From 2003 to 2006, they held multiple roles at gedas UK, including CIO and Development Manager, where they oversaw application development and managed people, processes, and standards.

In 2006, Kev became a Business Coach at ActionCOACH, coaching business owners to improve their profits and achieve greater work-life balance. Kev then joined Sherpa Consulting Ltd in 2008 as a Partner, where they focused on helping businesses optimize their internal systems and processes. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Technical Director at Vert Business Community Ltd, providing structured business advice and support to small business owners.

Kev's career continued with roles at Findel Education as a Business Relationship Manager, where they managed relationships in IT, Buying, Merchandising, and Operations. Kev later joined EFI in 2012 as the Director of Product Development, overseeing product development initiatives. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Director of Operations (Europe) at ECi Software Solutions, responsible for operations in Europe.

Currently, Kev works at Equal Experts as a Business Unit Lead since July 2021, leading the business unit. Prior to that, they were an Engagement Manager at the company from 2019 to July 2021. Throughout their career, Kev has demonstrated expertise in business growth, coaching, leadership, and strategic planning.

Kev Roberts completed their education starting from 1988 to 1991 at the University of Nottingham, where they earned a First Class B.Sc (Hons) degree in Mathematical Physics. Kev then pursued further studies at Churchill College, Cambridge University from 1991 to 1992, obtaining a Certificate of Advanced Study in Mathematics (Merit) with a focus on Theoretical Physics. Continuing their academic journey, they attended the University of Liverpool from 1992 to 1995, during which they achieved a Ph.D. degree in Theoretical Elementary Particle Physics.
