Mark Jones is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant at Equal Experts, Mark has designed and developed a robust vulnerability reporting infrastructure and implemented SBOM generation for improved compliance. Previous notable positions include Director at John Lewis & Partners where Mark built high-volume applications for customer service and account management, and Technical Architect at Government Digital Service responsible for delivering the GOV.UK Pay platform. With a strong background in API development, cloud operations, and system integration, Mark also held key positions at companies such as NewVoiceMedia, Sky, Denplan, and RM plc. Mark holds a BSc in Information Systems from Nottingham Trent University.
