Matthew Hyatt is an experienced Agile Delivery Manager and Consultant with a strong background in product ownership and project management within the technology sector. Currently working with Equal Experts since May 2016, Matthew contributes to HMRC’s Multi-Channel Digital Tax Platform (MDTP), the UK's largest Platform-as-a-Service. Previous roles include a Consultant Project Manager at Lloyds Banking Group focusing on anti-money laundering processes, and Managing Consultant positions at People Source Consulting and Hudson, where Matthew developed high-performing teams and built recruitment functions in the IT sector. Early career experiences include recruitment consultancy at Computer People and content analysis at Nokia Music. Matthew holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of East Anglia.
