Mayur Rao is an innovative and passionate Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead with over six years of experience in delivering complex projects across various sectors, including retail and civil service. Currently a Delivery Lead at Equal Experts, Mayur has previously held roles at leading organizations such as Marks and Spencer and Nando's, where they facilitated scrum events and coached teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. Mayur holds multiple Agile certifications, including PSM1, PSM2, and CSPO, and is also a co-organizer of Agile Leicester, dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement in Agile practices.
