Michael Lamb

Michael Lamb currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships for AI Enabled Software Delivery at Equal Experts, where the focus is on facilitating faster development cycles through AI-enabled engineering. Previously, Michael held the position of Head of Commercial at Papaya, leading revenue and commercial strategy during a growth phase. At Particle, Michael was the Global Head of Business Development, overseeing a team that drove sales across multiple regions and transformed company culture during a shift to a sales-led model. Prior experience includes working at WeWork as an Account Director, where significant sales growth was achieved, and managing key customer accounts. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Huddersfield.
