Michael Parker

Michael Parker has a diverse work experience. Michael began their career as an HR Consultant at Peninsula UK in March 2019 and held the role until March 2020. In 2020, they joined Internet Fusion Group as a People and Culture Administrator and worked until September 2021. In 2015, Michael co-founded Mugpods Ltd, a successful coffee and hot chocolate business aimed at Nespresso machine owners. Michael played a vital role in managing the business until December 2020. Currently, Michael is working at Equal Experts, starting as a Business Operations Coordinator in October 2021 and later transitioning to the role of an Engagement Support Coordinator in September 2022.

Michael Parker's education history starts with their time at Fred Longworth High, where they obtained 8 GCSEs with grades ranging from A to C. After completing their GCSEs, they attended Pendleton College from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued A-levels in English Language, Sociology, and Media Studies. In 2020, Michael enrolled at ICS Learn and earned a CIPD Level 3 degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Currently, they are studying at DPG for a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in the same field.
