Nick Ward

Nick Ward has a strong background in business analysis and transformation delivery. Nick has worked for various companies and gained experience in different industries. Nick started their career in 2002 as a Performance Management Officer at Leeds City Council, where they managed the development of a database system for billing and reporting Asylum Seeker Accommodation information. Nick then joined Callcredit Information Group in 2007, where they worked as a Business Analyst and later as an Account Manager. In these roles, Nick was responsible for gathering business requirements, completing database development projects, and managing client relationships. In 2017, they joined The Data Shed as an Agile Business Analyst, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they also worked as an Agile Business Analyst at Vodafone Global Enterprise, where they were responsible for delivering a Customer Experience (CX) blueprint across the Cloud & Security product portfolio. Nick joined NHS England in 2018 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked on various projects using AWS cloud services and worked closely with key stakeholders and third-party suppliers to implement new ways of working. Nick is currently working at Kantar Public as a Transformation Delivery Manager, and starting in 2023, they will begin a role as an Associate Business Analyst at Equal Experts.

Nick Ward attended Thirsk School from 1991 to 1998. Nick then pursued a History BA at the University of Leeds, specializing in Medieval studies, from 1998 to 2001.
