Paul Schofield

Paul Schofield has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul started their career as a Product Marketing Executive at COE Ltd, where they progressed to become responsible for EU Reseller coordination and eventually a Product Marketing Executive.

Paul then moved on to Fusion Digital Technology Ltd, a start-up in the FMCG industry, where they worked as a Product Manager. Here, they managed relationships with third-party suppliers and liaised with the manufacturing team.

After that, Paul joined Promethean Ltd as a Global Product Manager. Paul'skey achievements in this role included delivering a unique height-adjustable interactive whiteboard solution, generating significant incremental annual revenues. Paul also successfully delivered a product derivative in a short time frame to mitigate against competitor activity.

Paul then transitioned to a role as the Head of New Product at Cox Automotive UK. From there, they joined Manheim Retail Services as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for retail services.

In 2017, Paul joined Netacea as a Senior Product Owner. Paul worked in tandem with the Product Director to create Netacea.com, an award-winning enterprise application that utilized AI for Behavioral Analysis on website visitors. Paul successfully distilled the product vision into a tangible and prioritized roadmap, leading a growing team of developers to deliver ahead of schedule.

Paul's work experience also includes a contract role as the Head of Product at ElizaSixtyFour - Data Science & Technology Business Solutions. Paul was engaged to review ways of working in the Tech and Innovation team and later focused on a new product idea, defining and proposing an action plan to build momentum for the permanent team.

Currently, Paul Schofield holds the position of Senior Product Owner at Kaboodle, where they are responsible for leading product ownership.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in product management, project management, and championing products within organizations.
