Richard Morris PhD has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, digital development, UX design, and research. Richard started their career as a Senior User Experience Designer at ThoughtWorks from July 2011 to December 2013. From January 2014 to January 2016, Richard worked as a Business Analyst and User Researcher at Government Digital Service. Richard then joined The MindTime Project as the Head of Digital Development from December 2014 to December 2018. Richard also worked as a Product Experience Designer at Informa, where they were involved in developing a new data and report publication platform, winning awards for Best Project and Highly Commended Digital Project in 2017.

Richard's experience in product management includes roles as a Senior Product Manager at Activity Design (starting in November 2018), Equal Experts (starting in September 2015), and Flywire (January 2019 to June 2019).
