Roman Putko has a strong background in software engineering and development. Roman has experience working as a Senior Java/Kotlin Software Engineer and Senior Java/Kotlin Consultant at Equal Experts, where they engineered an innovative platform for Bank of New Zealand and developed a high-volume payment system for Wayfair. Prior to that, Roman worked at Twill Logistics as a Senior Java Consultant, where they played a key role in building a logistics platform from scratch and developed a sophisticated pricing module. Roman also worked at Ciklum as a Senior Java Consultant, where they led the development of a Master Data Management system for Stibo Systems. Roman's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Java Developer at BetterSolutions, where they contributed to the development of a route optimization system and an innovative remote rehabilitation product. Roman also worked as a Java Developer at E-Biznes menedzer Sp. z o.o., where they spearheaded the development of a CRM system. Roman began their career at Sii Polska as a Java Consultant, where they led the creation of an industry-specific solution for the banking sector and oversaw the development of a complex banking system.
