Shrawani M. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People for Equal Experts in India since January 2024, Shrawani previously held the position of Lead Associate Talent Business Partner at Thoughtworks and worked at Accenture in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Global Inclusion and Diversity HR Program Manager. Additional experience includes HR Program and Project Manager at Cisco Systems and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Thomson Reuters, with a foundation in payroll administration and employee engagement from HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt Ltd. Shrawani holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Cornell University, an MBA from ICFAI Business School, and a BSc. in Botany Honors from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
