Simon Williams

Simon Williams has a diverse work experience in the fields of UX, product discovery, and management. simon has worked as a Consultant UX/R at Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Creative Director at NannyBright in 2021. From 2020 to 2022, Simon held the role of Managing Director at NN resourcing. simon also worked at Equal Experts from 2018 to 2022, first as a Product discovery specialist and then as a UX strategy associate. In 2022, Simon worked at Aaqua as a UX / PO stealth discovery. Before that, they were a Principal Consultant at NHSX from 2021 to 2022. Simon's experience also includes being the Head of Product Design and Research at Flink from 2021 to 2021. In 2020, they worked at TWYN as a Product Owner, and at Salary Finance as a Discovery Consultant. Simon's earlier role was the Head of R&D discovery at ClearScore from 2018 to 2020.

Simon Williams obtained a Master's degree in interaction design from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, during the period from 2000 to 2001.
