Andre Carlisle

Andre Carlisle joined EJI in 2021 after a distinguished career in the military and the Montgomery Police Department. In the U.S. Army, he became an accomplished trainer, winning the Army Commendation Medal for his performance, professionalism, and dedication as Battalion Operations NCOIC in El Paso, Texas. He joined the Montgomery Police Department in 2003, rising to the rank of lieutenant and receiving the 2012 Officer of the Year Award for his outstanding performance.
