Ayisha Abdur-Rahman

Ayisha Abdur-Rahman has a B.A. in Secondary Education (English) from Indiana University and an M.A. in Adult and Community Education from Ball State University. She brings a decade of experience in human resources and program management. Before joining EJI in 2019, she was the Program Manager for Revenue Cycle Services at Indiana University Health, where she led on-boarding and training teams to improve new hire onboarding, training, and leadership development.
