Director, Law School Engagement And Advocacy at Equal Justice Works

Brooke Meckler, Esq. has a diverse work experience. Brooke started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Classifieds Plus, Inc. in 2008. Brooke then worked as the Director of Communications at Career Reform from 2010 to 2011, where they were responsible for coordinating communications and facilitating programs. In 2013, they became a Summer Fellow at Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, handling domestic relation cases and advocating in courtroom and administrative hearing settings. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Real Estate Development Associate at McGuire Development Company. Currently, they are engaged in Equal Justice Works as a Program Manager and the Director of Law School Engagement and Advocacy, responsible for engaging law students in campaigns on public interest issues and expanding the organization's membership.

Brooke Meckler, Esq. earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in English Literature and Business Studies from SUNY Geneseo. Brooke then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Syracuse University College of Law, completing their education in 2014.
