Hoag Holmgren

Hoag Holmgren is an experienced executive director known for high-performance team building and organizational development. They led the POD Network from 2006 to 2023 and currently serve as the executive director of the Professional Face-to-Face Fundraising Association. With a strong background in creative writing instruction at the University of Colorado Boulder, they have also contributed as an acquisition editor for the National Education Association. Presently, Hoag serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Equal Learning Fund while pursuing advanced degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder, Muhlenberg College, and Wesleyan University. An ICF-trained executive coach and 3rd generation American Zen teacher, Hoag specializes in writing and leadership.
