Carise Mitch, MBA, is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in advancing social change through strategic messaging and thought leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Equal Measure since September 2019, Carise leads communications initiatives for national clients in philanthropy, nonprofit, and government sectors, focusing on equitable systems change in various fields, including education and health equity. As Principal at CM Steel Communications, Carise specializes in integrated marketing communications and strategy. Previous roles include Director of Communications and Marketing at Mural Arts Philadelphia, where oversight included marketing for a public art program, and Director of Marketing and Communications at DataArts, where Carise transformed branding for a national service organization.
