Equal Measure
Katie Mosher is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in evaluation, research, and policy assessment. Currently serving as Director and Senior Consultant at Equal Measure since May 2022, Katie has previously held significant roles at The School District of Philadelphia, including Senior Project Manager and Research Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as Education Analyst at the New York City Independent Budget Office and Survey Specialist at Mathematica Policy Research. Earlier roles include a Visiting Project Associate at Columbia University's National Center for Children in Poverty and a Teacher at Belmont Charter Network. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership and Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Dickinson College.
