Amanda Kobeissi

Amanda Kobeissi serves as the HR & Governance Lead at Equal Measures 2030, where responsibilities include leading HR operations for a remote team, coordinating anti-oppression initiatives, and managing governance processes. Previously, as HR Manager, Amanda led global hiring efforts and developed a feminist-aligned compensation philosophy. At Plan International, Amanda established the HR department and advanced talent management and compliance initiatives. Experience also includes roles at Secours Islamique France as HR Supervisor and at SADCO and FDC in HR positions. Amanda holds a Master's in Leadership & Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Haigazian University.
