James Thoma

James Thoma is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, as a Senior Data Analyst at Equal Opportunity Schools since April 2023, Thoma has led initiatives for flexible goal setting, fostered cross-functional collaboration, and promoted a more communicative organizational culture.
