Jerrett Young

Jerrett Young is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of The Laundry Rooms since October 2019, where Jerrett oversees the development of furnished residences with exceptional amenities. As Partner and CEO at Equal Parts Hospitality since January 2017, Jerrett emphasizes a passion for hospitality and service within the Hamilton community. Additionally, Jerrett is the Owner of BluePrintHospitality Inc. since February 2015, focusing on guiding partners to success in the hospitality sector. Previously, Jerrett held prominent roles at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, including Vice President of Operations and General Manager positions, where responsibilities encompassed leadership, operational excellence, and mentorship for a large workforce. Jerrett holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution.
