John Forcier is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations at Equal Parts Hospitality since September 2016. Prior to this role, John worked at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants - Canoe as a Sous Chef from January 2012 to August 2016 and held the position of Demi Chef de Partie at The Spoke Club between April 2010 and May 2012, where responsibilities included creating and producing diverse menus and managing catering events.
