Equal Yoga
Katy Williams is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in yoga instruction and marketing. Currently, Katy serves as a Yoga Teacher at Equal Yoga since August 2020, previously teaching at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from September 2019 to August 2020. Katy held the position of Solutions Marketing Specialist at South Pole from August 2021 to March 2023 and coordinated marketing and communications at Sprouting Seeds Training Centre from September 2018 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes roles in product development and marketing at adidas group, and marketplace merchandising at Nike. Katy holds a Master of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a BA in Fashion Management from Robert Gordon University.

All our power yoga classes are designed to enhance flexibility and strength combining movement, breath, and static postures. Our fixed sequences challenge both beginners and advanced yogis. Our expert teachers will be on hand to welcome you to the studio and guide you through each class.
