Sophie Clemens currently serves as a Senior Strategy Associate at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, a position held since September 2023. Sophie's career includes roles such as Inclusion Project Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Policy & Strategy Advisor at the Cabinet Office, Resourcing and Talent Advisor at BBC Studios, and Corporate Engagement Advisor for Generation Success. Earlier experience also includes a Recruitment Assistant position at Baringa Partners and a Recruitment Coordinator role at Financial Ombudsman Service Australia. Sophie began their career with a short internship at Equal Community Foundation. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Printed Textiles and Surface Design from Birmingham City University and an Art and Design Foundation Diploma from University of the Arts London, Sophie possesses extensive expertise in policy development, recruitment, and diversity initiatives.
