Nicholas Phillips

Nicholas Phillips is a Grants Associate for Equality California Institute, supporting all aspects of grant prospecting, proposal writing, and grant management. Driven by compassion and empathy, he takes pride in advancing education about and support for the LGBTQ+ community. Particularly, he advocates for reducing disparities in LGBTQ+ health and well-being. Nicholas is also a passionate cook and creative writer. He and his partner Michael are art and nature enthusiasts and can be found exploring the golden coasts of Southern California. In his spare time, Nicholas is writing a book and furthering his studies in English.
