Jennifer Solomon is currently the Parents and Families Support Manager at Equality Florida since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as Parents for Transgender Equality National Council at Human Rights Campaign since January 2020. Jennifer has also been the President of South Miami Chapter of PFLAG at PFLAG National/Straight for Equality since June 2017. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as a Clinical Manager at Invo Healthcare from August 2020 to August 2023.
