Equality Florida
Nadine Smith has a strong and diverse work experience. Nadine served as the Executive Director at Equality Florida since its inception in 1997, leading the organization's efforts to combat discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Nadine played a crucial role in passing various non-discrimination policies across Florida and successfully defeating anti-gay bills in Tallahassee. Additionally, Nadine was a Board Member at PFLAG for three years from 2005 to 2008.
