Sasha Graham has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sasha is currently a member at AllBright, starting in 2019. Prior to that, they held various positions at Equality Group from 2018 to 2022, including Partner, Co-Head Consulting and Education, CMO and Senior Consultant, and Head of Communications and Training. At Equality Group, Sasha was responsible for external marketing communication, the development of inclusion education programs, and delivering inclusion consulting services. Before Equality Group, Sasha worked as a Marketing Manager at Freelance Marketing and Creative Services in 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, specializing in affiliate marketing and finance. Sasha also gained experience in accounts and payroll at Elim International Centre from 2012 to 2015, and in finance at G&S Brookes from 2010 to 2012.
Sasha Graham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Mykolajiv State Pedagogical University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Sasha also completed an AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting at Worcester College of Technology from 2013 to 2014, and an AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting at Dudley College from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they pursued Trinity Guildhall Grade 8 in Performance Arts in Production at Birmingham School of Acting from 2009 to 2010. More recently, in 2016, they attended City Lit for a short course titled "An Introduction to Counselling" in the field of Psychology.
