Kat Cluett

Kat Cluett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kat is currently employed at Equals Money as the Principal Product Designer, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tobias & Tobias from May 2013 to June 2019, where they held the role of Principal Consultant. In this role, they were involved in client and project-based UX work, including research, workshops, analysis, concepts, and user testing. Before joining Tobias & Tobias, Kat worked at Accenture from July 2007 to May 2013 as a Consultant. Their responsibilities at Accenture included design and testing, and they held roles such as User Experience Architect and User Experience Lead. Kat also gained experience in the e-commerce industry as an E-Commerce Coordinator at Southern Railway Limited from August 2006 to June 2007. Kat began their career as a Systems Analyst (industrial placement) at Eli Lilly and Company from July 2004 to July 2005.

Kat Cluett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Bath, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
