Jason Elkin

Jason Elkin is an accomplished leader and innovator in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at EQUALS TRUE since 2021. Elkin is also a Council Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and the General Manager at Teoria Ventures, a unique AI-focused firm since 2018. Previously, Elkin founded and held key leadership roles at Athenaworks, which was acquired in 2023, and the WERKLABS, acquired in 2018. With experience at organizations such as PatientPop Inc., Momentus, FreedomPop, and Conversion Logic, Elkin has a proven track record in driving talent strategies and innovation across diverse sectors.
