Charlotte Melkert

Charlotte Melkert is the Co-Founder & CEO of Equalture, a company dedicated to high potential female talent in business. Charlotte has a background in mathematics and teacher, and they have used their skills to support female students in their careers. In December 2018, they closed their previous company, Female Investments, to be able to fully focus on Equalture.

Charlotte Melkert attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University where they received their Master of Science in Management of Innovation, Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde, and Minor in Strategy Consulting. Charlotte is certified from the Association Diploma Elementary Accounting.
