Harald Van den Branden has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles in various companies. Harald started their career at Control Techniques in 1995, where they grew the Belgian branch and eventually became Sales Manager. Harald then joined Lenze b.v.b.a., where they worked as an Account Manager responsible for business development and sales in the power electronics industry. After that, they moved to Eltec System as a Sales & Marketing Manager, successfully transforming the company into a top 3 player in the maintenance and repair of rotating industrial equipment. Currently, Harald is working at EQUANS BeLux as the Head of Sales & Business Development - Division Industry, overseeing a diverse portfolio of industrial projects.

Harald Van den Branden attended SGC Sint Gummaruscollege Lier, where they studied Latin and Sciences. Harald later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineer Electromechanics at KU Leuven Faculty of Engineering Technology - De Nayer Campus from 1991 to 1995. In 2012, they furthered their education by studying OPEX Operational Excellence at Fabricom University. In 2013, they obtained a VCA-P Certificate from Cofely Fabricom. From an undisclosed start date to 2016, Harald Van den Branden studied Finance For Non Financials by Prof. Ronald Poppe at Engie University. In 2017, they pursued Leadership in Health and Safety at Engie University. Harald Van den Branden continued their education at Engie University, focusing on Leadership & Change Management in 2019. Additionally, they studied EPC Contractuals at Engie University in 2018.
