Pierre Hardouin

Pierre Hardouin began his career with the Otis Group in 2001, where he remained for almost fifteen years. From 2004, he developed the activities of the Otis Group in the Ile-de-France region, and then throughout France from 2007. In 2014, he was appointed Managing Director of Otis France before becoming, two years later, Vice President Services and Transformation Europe, Middle East & Africa.

He joined the ENGIE Group in 2018 as Managing Director of ENGIE Axima, with the main mission of continuing and amplifying the entity's development dynamics.

He was appointed Managing Director of the ENGIE Solutions Industries Business Unit in 2020, before joining Equans in 2021 as CEO France.

Pierre Hardouin is a graduate of SUPELEC and HEC.
