Esther Willemse is an experienced recruiter and account manager with a strong background in financial recruitment and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at EQUANS Nederland since May 2021, Esther previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant at YER Executive, focusing on the recruitment of financial professionals in various specialized areas. Esther’s career also includes a role as an Account Manager at DPA Professionals, providing advisory services within the banking and insurance sectors, and as a Sales Consultant at Unique, where responsibilities included relationship management and market analysis. Esther began the professional journey with a research internship at De Goudse, focused on process optimization in life insurance operations.
