Mitch Dalmeijer

Mitch Dalmeijer serves as the Commercieel Directeur and BU Directeur Services at EQUANS Refrigeration NL since December 2017, having previously held roles such as interim Manager Finance & Control and interim Management Controller. Additionally, Mitch is the owner of DFD Advisory B.V., providing organizational consulting and interim management in finance and risk management since July 2014. Mitch also mentors students through the MentorMe program at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, starting in January 2016. Previous experience includes positions at ENGIE Refrigeration, ENGIE Services Nederland NV, and ECN, with a strong background in financial control and business advising. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Mitch has pursued various professional development courses, including Lean Six Sigma training.
