Prior to these roles, Adam managed learning and development initiatives at TEOCO and AIRCOM International, emphasizing software training and strategic learning offerings in the telecoms sector. Adam's academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Development from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Brighton.
