Gaynor Whatcott has 20 years of work experience, starting in 2002 as a Project Manager in Customer Services. Gaynor then moved on to roles such as Customer Improvement Manager/Journey Lead, Senior Programme Manager, and Head of Operational Readiness. From 2018 to 2020, Gaynor served as the Agile Capability Lead/Scrum Master, responsible for delivering the Agile Adoption Transformation Programme. In their most recent role, Gaynor worked as a Senior Project Manager at ENSEK before joining EQUANS UK & Ireland as the Head of Business Transformation in August 2022. Gaynor has a strong background in delivering change initiatives, program management, and leading transformation efforts within organizations.
Gaynor Whatcott attended Hetton Secondary School from 1984 to 1989. Gaynor has since obtained additional certifications including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021, an Advanced Professional Scrum Master (PSM2) from Scrum.org in 2020, and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) from Scrum.org in 2019.
