Laura Hill

Laura Hill serves as the Operational Resourcing & Projects Lead at EQUANS UK & Ireland since May 2022, overseeing strategic resourcing projects and enhancing candidate experience. Concurrently, Laura mentors talent at Udder - Talent Technology. Previously, from November 2020 to April 2022, Laura led the Resourcing and Strategic Workforce Planning for the UK Health Security Agency, managing recruitment efforts for the COVID-19 Test and Trace initiative. Laura's extensive experience includes tenures at Siemens as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities encompassed TA technology, supplier management, and recruitment strategy across various divisions. Laura began a career in recruitment at Balfour Beatty plc and has held roles at AMEC and Accenture. Laura holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Hull.
