Tim Fells is currently serving as the Regional Compliance & LCF Manager at Equans UK & Ireland since January 2024, following a significant merger. In November 2023, Tim founded ULTRAFUNCTIONAL®, a personal brand aimed at inspiring others and promoting well-being through the "Built to Last" program. Previously, Tim worked at Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) from June 2018 to January 2024, where roles included Regional Compliance & LCF Manager and Regional Compliance Manager, focusing on multi-site Hard FM Healthcare Compliance. Earlier experience includes positions at Skanska as an Assistant Technical Officer and at Carillion, where Tim served as a Junior Technical Officer and Facilities Coordinator, gaining expertise in project management, compliance, and facilities management. Tim is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Chartered Management Institute, expected to complete in October 2024.
