Lorenzo Puglisi

Lorenzo Puglisi has extensive experience in financial and employee stock purchase plan management, currently serving as Team Head for Funds, Corporate Action, and Awards at Equatex Global since July 2015. Previous roles at Equatex Global include Deputy Team Head for Global Employee Stock Purchase Plans and Global Plan Manager, where significant contributions were made to the development and administration of UK and US plans. Prior to Equatex, Lorenzo worked as a Scientific Collaborator at SUPSI, focusing on strategic analysis and financial studies, and held an analyst internship at Pactum Asset Management. Early experience includes an internship in HR at the Town Hall of Lugano, assisting with SAP implementation. Lorenzo holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a major in Innovation Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Banking & Finance, both from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI).
