Julien Mateos began their work experience in 2009 as a Conseiller Commercial at CAISSE D'EPARGNE. Julien then moved on to become a Chargé de Publicité et d'Acquisition at BforBank from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing and Operations Assistant at Weborama. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of Senior Programmatic Manager at GroupM before being promoted to Directeur du Programmatique, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Programmatic Partnership Director at Equativ (formerly Smart).

Julien Mateos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Sales from ESC PAU Business School from 2006 to 2009. Julien then pursued further education at KEDGE Business School from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Master's degree in Web & Communication.
