Séverine Rénier Elie has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Séverine currently holds the position of University Global Head at Equativ (formerly Smart), starting in September 2021. Prior to this, Séverine was the Group Learning & Development Director at Believe from September 2019 to September 2021.

In their previous roles, Séverine worked at AXA, where they served as the Global Learning Engagement Partner for AXA Group Operations from October 2018 to August 2019. Séverine also held the position of Regional Head of L&D and Campus Management for AXA IT from August 2016 to October 2018, where they were responsible for upskilling and reskilling employees and transforming the L&D organization.

Before joining AXA, Séverine worked as the France Learning & Development Lead at Cisco Systems France from September 2013 to August 2016. Prior to that, they held various roles at NDS Technologies France, including Knowledge Learning Center & Training Manager from September 2010 to September 2013 and Training Coordinator from July 2007 to September 2010.

Séverine's earlier experience includes working as a Project Management and Market Research Manager at Client Research from February 2006 to April 2007, as well as a Senior Project Manager at IFOP from March 2004 to November 2004.

Their career began at Millward Brown France, where they held several positions including Head of Project Management from 2001 to 2004, Project Handling Executive from 2000 to 2001, and Field Executive from 1999 to 2000.

Séverine Rénier Elie has a diverse education history. Séverine began their educational journey in 1995 at Efficom Paris, where they obtained a BTS degree in International Business, which they completed in 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Administration and Management at IFAG - L'école de management et d’entrepreneuriat, graduating in 2000.

Later, in 2012 and 2013, Séverine attended Groupe IFG, where they studied Professional Coaching. During the same period, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from CentraleSupélec.

Séverine further enhanced their skill set by acquiring a Lean Management Executive Certification from CentraleSupélec in 2014-2015 and obtained additional certifications in various areas. These include a Scrum Master Certificate of Proficiency from Global Knowledge in 2018, Management 3.0 from Xebia France in 2017, and several LinkedIn certifications such as Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy, Employee Experience, Mentoring Others, and Organizational Learning and Development.
