Chandini Paterson

Chandini Paterson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Project Lead at Equator since January 2023, Chandini focuses on solutions development, management, and client relations while also acting as an Agile Coach. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Rhea Solutions Limited since June 2011, Chandini achieved recognition as a finalist in the Scottish Asian Business Awards and the Scottish Business Awards in 2014. Previous roles include Owner and IT Manager of WOBU UK Limited, Scrum Master at Lloyds Banking Group, and Systems Development Manager at Tanween. Chandini possesses a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Science, both from Osmania University.
