Robert Popovian

Robert Popovian is the Founder of Conquest Advisors since March 2021, where the mission focuses on leveraging expertise in economics, medical policy, government affairs, advocacy, and media to support clients in the biopharmaceutical sector. Additionally, Robert serves as the Chief Science Policy Officer at Global Healthy Living Foundation and holds positions as Senior Fellow in Health Policy at the Progressive Policy Institute and Visiting Health Policy Fellow at the Pioneer Institute for Public Policy Research. Prior experience includes Vice President of Health Economics and Policy at ConsenSys Health and a lengthy tenure at Pfizer, where roles included Vice President of US Government Relations and various senior director positions focused on healthcare, science, and economic advocacy. Robert began a career in pharmaceuticals at Allergan and has demonstrated extensive knowledge in health policy, strategic planning, and legislative advocacy. Robert holds a Pharm.D. and an MS in Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy from the University of Southern California.
