Tanya Cox is a Chair and Non-Executive Director at Equiem. Tanya has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a globally recognized leader in sustainable development. Tanya is also a member of the NSW Climate Change Council.

Tanya began their career as an Advisory Board Member for the John Sample Group Pty. Limited. Tanya then became Chair of the World Green Building Council and led the organization for six years. During their time as Chair, they grew the membership to include over 70 countries and 100,000 buildings.

In 2007, Tanya was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Green Building Council of Australia. Tanya held this position for nine years and was instrumental in developing the Council’s strategy and direction.

In 2016, Tanya joined Cromwell Property Group as a Non-Executive Director. Cromwell is a real estate investment and management company with operations in three continents and a global investor base. Tanya helped Cromwell grow its portfolio to $11.9 billion in assets under management.

Tanya is a passionate advocate for sustainable development and has been recognized as one of the world’s leading experts on green buildings. Tanya is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and promoting social and economic change.

Tanya Cox has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tanya is also a Chartered Governance Institute Fellow.
